Jeneil Biotech is a producer of enzymes and distilled products for the food service industry. Their 118,000 S.F. facility in Saukville was designed by Phillips, Milewski & Associates and is in effect, five different buildings: office, distribution, distillation, production and cold warehousing. The distillation portion consists of 50'-0" high towers designed for blast resistance in the event of a processing mishap. The second floor of this two-story building was engineered to allow for fork truck traffic throughout the production and mechanical areas.

Signicast Corporation
Brown Deer, WI
The original location of Signicast Corporation in Brown Deer still houses their foundry as well as some of their administrative offices. The structure received several additions designed by Birch-Grisa-Phillips over the years as Signicast’s business increased.
