Oak Creek Community Center
Oak Creek, WI
The Oak Creek Community Center is a multi-use space designed for public use. The exterior walls are constructed with split face decorative concrete masonry and accented with burnished concrete masonry. The solar bronze glazing and bronze anodized frames accent the walls. The main tower at the entrance is also masonry, and is accented by an exterior insulation and finish system.
The center has five meeting rooms, a day room, and a large banquet hall that can be separated into three smaller halls by means of moveable partitions. The banquet facilities are complete with a full service kitchen and bar.
The rooftop mechanical equipment is completely hidden from site by the shingled mansards around the perimeter of the building. Our structural engineers designed a creative roof framing system to support the mechanical units and also provide long, clear spans in the banquet halls.
Phillips, Milewski & Associates provided architectural, site, structural and plumbing designs for this project.
